Audio transcription
Please note that generally, you need to allow at least 4 hours minimum of transcription
time for every 1 hour of your recording time and as much at 6 to 8 hours due to
certain factors that can affect how long it may take to transcribe a recording such as the
quality of the recording used, audibility and accent of the person(s) speaking, the number
of people speaking on the recording and how well the person(s) are situated in relation
to the microphone(s).
In addition, the content of the recording and any technical terms used throughout
the tape can also affect the time required to transcribe your recording.
It would be useful if possible if a snippet of the recording could be supplied to
determine the quality and this would help us to give the customer an accurate quotation.

Audio Transcription - One Person Speaking: - £1.45-£1.65 per recorded minute (dependant
on quality of recording).
Discussion Groups - Two or more People: - £1.75-£2.15 per recorded minute (dependant
on quality of recording).
Copy Typing - Based on simple, legible layouts with minimal formatting – From £20.00
per hour.
A 15% discount will be offered to students on production of a valid student identity
card (discount does not apply for binding).
Essays, Thesis & Dissertations
This service is ideal for students, where we offer a 15% discount, subject to a
minimum of 1000 words. We can incorporate scanned images, graphs & tables, if necessary.

General Correspondence
The current price list is for all standard work undertaken and does not include
P&P or other disbursements. Please find these costs below. (All prices include one
original on white 80gsm paper and an envelope where applicable)
- letters, CV's, invoices, estimates etc. - £20.00 per hour
- PowerPoint Presentations - £3.50 - £5.00 per slide
- Additional A4 B&W copies: Dependant on document - £0.15 per A4 page (Letters etc)
- Additional copies (Conqueror or coloured paper): Dependant on document - £0.20 per
A4 page
- Colour printing: £0.50 per page
- Compact discs: £3.00 each
- Laminating: £1.00 per page
- Report covers and binding: £1.75 per report
